Join Third Coast Provisions in celebrating Wisconsin's prolific and plentiful growing season! On Tuesday, August 13th, we're featuring a produce-focused menu utilizing the edible bounty of Mayville's own Centgraf Farms and pairing each dish with unique and exceptional wines. Guests will have the option to add proteins to select dishes, but the vegetables are the star of the show here, and we'll have the Centgraf family on hand to explain their story and process. We're collaborating with our favorite growers, and we're thrilled to share the results.
